All our inner “saboteurs” are just parts who love us deeply and want to protect us. We often meet them with anger, resentment, and repression, which makes them rebel more.

The truth is, these parts 100% have our backs. They developed at earlier moments in our lives to protect us, and it's actually remarkably simple to give them the love, validation, and new information they need to be recruited as collaborators to help us accomplish our goals!

In Loving the "saboteur," I'll teach you that process and you'll experience it firsthand with partnered role plays that bring profound insight.

This two hour workshop is designed for conscious kinksters who want to turn kink into a very intentional personal development practice.

We’ll explore how to take your current problems into portal play to find the healing and transformation you seek.
